While I am very excited that multitouch (ability to use your finger, or the pen) is now working on enabled tablets in ubuntu 8.10 (follow the guide below if you do not have it set up yet), there are some problems with it.

It seems to work great in the middle of the screen, but not at the edges or the corners.  The closest I can get the mouse to go (even using my fingernail) is 1.5cm away from the corners and the edges of the screen.  I don’t know why that happens, but the pen is fine, so it must just be an issue with the touch drivers.

I will have to research this later. I have a math exam today that I should be studying for now…
